You agree to keep your username and password information confidential and not share it with anyone. You agree to immediately notify Modern Hippi of any unauthorized use or suspected unauthorized use of your Modern Hippi Account or any other breach of security. When you provide Modern Hippi with such notice, Modern Hippi will suspend or otherwise secure your Account to prevent future unauthorized activity.

9. Price, Payment & Order Acceptance

We take the utmost effort to ensure that all details, descriptions, prices and other information that appear on the Site are accurate.

Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us via email. If, for whatever reason, we cannot process your order, we will contact you via phone number or email you have provided us.

10. Coupons & Discount Codes

Modern Hippi may issue coupons or discount codes from time to time for use on the Website.

Discount Codes:

Cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, unless otherwise specified.
Are not transferrable or redeemable for cash or credit; and
Must be entered prior to completing your order.

You acknowledge and agree that Modern Hippi reserves the right to:

Modify the terms of, cancel or restrict the use of discount codes at any time for whatever reason.
Exclude certain Products from discount codes.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Modern Hippi, our officers, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, joint ventures, successors, independent contractors, and any other companies under common control with us harmless, including costs and attorneys’ fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of (a) your use of the Site or Products, (b) your User Content, (c) your violation of this Agreement, or (d) your interaction with such independent contractors or reliance on any advice provided by them.
