Freeze-Dried Technology
Freeze-dried coffee undergoes a meticulous process starting with the selection of specialty coffee beans renowned for their distinct flavour profiles. After roasting to perfection, the beans are brewed to extract their essence before being concentrated to remove excess water. Rapid freezing at extremely low temperatures preserves the coffee's flavor and aroma, followed by sublimation to remove frozen water molecules and transform the concentrated liquid into granules.
